Aura Luxury Deals provides real-estate consultancy, market advisory, and property selection assistance services. Submitting an enquiry through our website does not automatically constitute a booking, allotment, purchase, sale, or payment transaction.
1. Developer Booking Payments
Any booking token, earnest money deposit, installment payment, or registration advance made towards any property is transacted directly with the respective developer, promoter, or escrow account, and is strictly subject to that developer's official terms of allotment and cancellation guidelines.
2. Cancellation & Refund Processing
Cancellations and refunds of unit allotments are governed strictly under the provisions of the Haryana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA) and the relevant Builder-Buyer Agreement executed between the purchaser and the developer. Aura Luxury Deals does not hold customer booking funds in escrow.
3. Advisory Assistance
In the event a purchaser requires assistance with cancellation documentation or developer escalation, the advisory team at Aura Luxury Deals will extend full consultative cooperation to facilitate smooth resolution.
